*Other than Ilya Kovalchuk most of your Thrashers should see the bench this week with two games against Boston and one against the Rangers (that's two of the top 6 defensive units in the league)
*Roll with your Bruins in this 4 game week . Two games against Atlanta means even the marginal options should get consideration .
*I'd feel confident using most of my Preds this week . In 4 games they face 3 pretty weak defenses, and the biggest challenge is Vancouver who will likely have to go with rookie Corey Schneider .
* I'd bench most of my Canes this week . They only play twice and one of the games will be against the very stingy Henrik Lundqvist.
* Cristobal Huet makes a solid play this week as he looks to have the crease to himself (Khabibulin's injured, lower body) and Ottawa and Colorado are among the weaker offenses in the NHL right now.
* Ryan Miller should play 3 of the teams 4 games this week, but with three of the 4 teams in the top half of the league in scoring and with him struggling of late check all your options .
*You no doubt weren't using Joey Macdonald of the Islanders anyway ...steer clear of any of the Isles netminders this week ...even with the 4 game schedule, it's likely they'll end up in at least a couple of high scoring affairs .
