-4 Game weeks belong to New Jersey, the Rangers, and Pittsburgh in the East , and Anaheim, Chicago, Edmonton, and Nashville in the West .
-2 Game weeks belong to the Islanders and Tampa Bay in the East , and Calgary, Dallas and St. Louis in the West .
-Some really good matchups this week for good teams . First off make sure you have all the Hawks and Wings that you'd normally use active . There aren't a lot of weeks you're benching those guys of course, but this week don't overthink those lineup selections - write em in .
- You can't bench your Bruins anyway, but in this 3 game week it should be all hands on deck with games against Ottawa and Carolina looking very enticing .
- The Panthers have been playing better after a slow start and one glance at that schedule suggests you get any of your marginal Florida players active this coming week .
- I'd be cautious using anyone other than your most reliable Canes .Games against the Devils and Boston look to be low scoring affairs, and even Florida is capable of shutting down most clubs on any given night .
- Not much is going right in Ottawa this season and this week looks especially challenging with games against Buffalo, Boston, and the Rangers on the slate .
-Bench your Blues . Most of them are shaky options in 2 game weeks anyway, but road contests against the Canucks and Oilers suggest there may not be much offense coming this week .
