* 4 Game weeks belong to Boston and the Islanders in the East , and Calgary, Dallas, and Minnesota in the West .
* 2 Game weeks belong to New Jersey and the Rangers in the East , and Vancouver in the West .
* You don't need me to tell you most weeks to get your Caps active, but this week looks especially promising with three home games against 3 very beatable defensive units .
* You have to like Montreal this week with 3 games and the tightest of the three being Buffalo who are not the same team without Ryan Miller . Start your Canadiens with confidence .
* New Jersey has only a 2 game week, though you should treat it like a 3 if you have players you normally use . Their opponents are the Leafs and Islanders - two of the three worst teams in the league in keeping the puck out of their nets .
* Tampa Bay makes a nice sleeper team this week when considering some of your marginal options . All 3 opponents are in the bottom half of the league in defensive rating .
* Calgary is also a team with some great matchups . They have 4 games and none of their opponents are shutdown units .
* The Kings appear to be in tough as Columbus and Minnesota provide the opposition in 2 of their 3 contests . Check all other options before blindly starting any of your LA skaters .
* Your Canucks should be benched this week in almost all cases . Getting only 2 games in the 7 day period is bad enough, but when those 2 are against Minnesota and San Jose it's safe to conclude that there won't be any breakout scoring performances from your Vancouver skaters .
