-4 Game weeks belong to Pittsburgh and Tampa Bay in the East, and Calgary, Colorado, Detroit ,Edmonton, and Phoenix in the West .
- Only one team has a two game schedule this week and that is Florida playing on back to back nights late in the week . Avoid their goaltenders this week as each will no doubt get stuck with a single start .
- Your Thrashers on the blueline and up front should be in your lineup . With Ottawa and Toronto on the schedule there is a chance of decent offensive # over the 7 day period .
- I 'd also have all the Flames I normally use plus some marginal options in the lineup this week . It's a 4 game schedule and there is definitely some opportunities against this group .
-With three of the opponents looking very enticing (Blues, Oilers and Flames) I'd have as many Av's in your starting group this week too .
- Steer clear of most of your Islanders this coming week . The Rangers, Bruins and Devils all do a good job of keeping their clubs in low scoring contests . Combine the schedule with the loss of Doug Weight, and I'd bet against too many goals for the Islanders in week 14.
-You have to use guys like Getzlaf and Ryan in Anaheim but I would temper my expectations for a big week with Detroit and Minnesota providing the opposition in two of the three contests they play.
- I've been high on the young Coyotes and some of their emerging talents and continue to be . This week though they are on the road for all 4 games . Don't bench the Doans, and Muellers etc, but do look at all your other options as there appear to be some bumps in the challenging 7 day period ahead .
